Service Description
We move through a 20 minute sequence of different stretches and postures, before moving into a resting position on our back. Here we experience a gentle Psoas release sensation, mainly through shaking in the hip and leg area. The nervous system regulates itself into a deeply relaxed state. You will receive a recording of the sequence to repeat at home as needed.
